The Dakota County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Courthouse in Dakota City, Nebraska on the 28th day of September, 2026, at the Board of Commissioners meeting at 3:00 PM, for the purpose for the purpose of presenting and adopting a One- & Six-Year Road Plan for said governing body. Anyone living within said Dakota County, Nebraska interested in the above notice may appear in person or by counsel and be heard. Plans may be viewed in advance of the public hearing at the Dakota County Clerk’s office.
